Another picture I like, despite its age. Kendavi's minds aren't quite like most of the sentients', so if trained properly from a young age, they can become very doglike and loyal in mentality to their trainer/master. Not all training attempts are successful, though, and many kendavi in this position are aware of their captivity, and resentful of the fact.

I like how even though the color scheme isn't one evocative of "sad" (as compared to say, the color blue) you managed to use the expression and body language to portray such a melancholy Kendavi. Very emotional, wonderful!

I appreciate this piece because I've been in a similar position. My previous relationship was one of substantial emotional abuse coupled with pet-like loyalty....I know how the subject feels....
